Conflicting Chemical Ingredients

The Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for Cyclomethicone clearly states:

"Materials to Avoid: OXIDIZING ACIDS (i.e. Sulfuric Acid, Nitric Acid) , Strong bases (sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide)".  Then why has Clarins intentionally usurped this warning in the following products?

For a corporation that uses Cyclomethicone in a myriad of products, one would speculate that their chemists would understand basic chemistry regarding what is an oxidizing acid or a strong base.  One has to wonder does Clarins actually read or utilize the MSDS prior to creating their products?  Caveat Emptor.
